Subject:
Brilliant, Glorified Union Proposal ! (STRESS...!!)

Comments:
Stress is unavoidable in to-day's life. Health employees working under pressure have very stressful jobs. A particular union is claiming that her members should retire at 61 because of stress, whilst at the same time is selfishly and unethically saying that it agrees that the retirement age for other workers (who also form part of the CMTU) should rise to 65! Unfortunately, however, hospital employees have to work ALL year round at 40 or more hrs a week. So, according to their reasoning based on stress, it boils down that health workers should retire at the incredible age of 50 (wishful thinking !) if one had to weigh exactly everything besides stress ! It is true that health employees do not have any 'home works', but what does one pretend if he/she finishes very early from work?! What a greater sacrifice there is in having to stay at work till late in the afternoon to finish your work, as opposed to arriving very early from work and having to continue your work in the comfort of your home ! N.B. The particular union mentioned above has NO connection with health workers.
